Sibundoy Beaded Nesting Tables

The pair of octagonal wooden nesting side tables are inlaid with woven beads, traditionally used in making necklaces by the Kamentsa community in Putumayo in the south of Colombia. The designs of the beads are inspired by traditional textiles from Chiapas, that echo a lot of the motifs used by the Kamentsa.
