amaru table & bench set

Inspired by the use of a Quechua sacred table to discuss universal matters, different artifacts were used for these sacred reunions such as vessels for hallucinogenic substances to connect with the highest power; the shape of the table resembles these vessels.

The bench form is a very loose play on snake motifs/Quetzalcoatl effigies, most of which are in copper oxidized. Amaru is the word for snake, anta is the word for copper.
