Cesar understands his craft as a companion in his way of living, in which he tries to capture his incomplete vision of the world. 

He has done sculptures representing worlds he would like to see, using materials he noticed throughout his journey through the city, focusing on the value of the connections formed along the path of creation. 

He tries to act in coherence with his life story, his position and his context. Trying to engage and create in a harmonic way with nature and society, even if it doesn’t always lead to well-being.
